Every project and every investment need an initial expense, and anyone can tell you about each expense by looking at the labor market.

But What more important is how could we minimize the expenses and reduce them even to zero in some other aspect. We take even one more step and save money. To deal with an old structure which has historical value means restoration and spending more than that.

The village located where the pilgrims' route has been crossing for a long time, so its antiquity and importance can be clearly understood.Hence, one of the most important ideas we have, both:to reduce costs and to keep the historic village as it is existing now.

So, we do not want to demolish the old houses and buildings, but also, we decided to keep them as they are now and to utilize the structure of them to convert them to the new one. By strengthening the structure with carbon fiber matts and by designing special interiors, we turn them into a series of old-modern buildings with special designs so that everyone could feel old-fashioned style and experiences the feeling of a stylish place at the same time. In this way, we are not only creating a special space, but also significantly reducing construction costs.

The other significant way for reducing costs, or maybe we could consider the costs will be close to zero, is the use of the river "Po”.

The question is “How” could it happens?

We all know that one of the basic expenses of any project to build and continue after the construction is electricity costs. But we have a unique opportunity to use the Po River as a source of renewable energy and generate the energy(electricity). In this way, all the costs of electricity, and even other costs such as water purification and every small thing that are related to electricity could be near zero by using a series of water pumps in the river and converting it into energy (electricity).

Also, we can make money because of the opportunity to generate energy more than our usage and transfer it to other villages and cities.
